Get Your SSR On!
What is SSR? Sustained Silent Reading (SSR).
When will SSR Begin this year? Yes, All students will began SSR.
Is this happening in every class? SSR will take place during your 3rd block class on Wednesday and Thursday.
Will my teacher have books for me? Your teacher may have a classroom library however, students are expected to bring their own books to their third block class and begin Sustained Silent Reading (SSR) when instructed by the teacher.
What if I don’t have a book to read? What should I do? Here are some options you can choose from.
• Visit the library to check out a book.
• Library catalog: Go to Destiny to find a book you like.
• Public Library:https://conyersrockdalelibrary.org
• Readbox: Free books located in the media center (ask Ms. Frank for help)
