Principal's Introduction

As the proud Principal of Rockdale County High School, I am honored to serve a dynamic community committed to growth, achievement, and excellence. With over 25 years of experience in education, I bring a deep passion for student success and a firm belief in the transformative power of learning.

I am a graduate of Fort Valley State University, where I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Middle Grades Education. I later obtained my Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at Georgia Southern University.

Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to creating learning environments where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe that excellence is not an option—it is the expectation, and that every student deserves access to high-quality instruction and meaningful opportunities to succeed.

“Education is the foundation upon which we build our future—it empowers minds, opens doors, and creates limitless possibilities.”

At Rockdale County High School, I strongly value stakeholder engagement. True success is built through meaningful partnerships among students, families, staff, and the community. Together, we will collaborate, communicate, and support one another to ensure that every student reaches their fullest potential.

I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to working together to continue building a culture of excellence at Rockdale County High School.
